Hi! I’m reletting my room in a 4x4 at Park Place Denton because I’m getting married! :) This is a brand new facility that allowed its first tenants to move in at the beginning of August 2022! You’ll have your own private room and bathroom, and will have access to all of the amazing amenities- a gated parking garage, rooftop gym, pool, and hot tub, as well as ping pong, cornhole, and chess in the courtyard! There are study rooms, a movie room, and free computer labs/printing. This is student housing only, but it’s amazing- and at a great price!

There are three other girls in this living space. They’re very accommodating to personality types, whether you’re introverted or extroverted. They don’t have any animals but animals are allowed at Park Place! They also are great about sharing the space and keeping the common area very clean. You’ll never have to worry about roommates taking over your space or eating your food, they’re super great!
