Savanah's room

This room is located on the second floor of the house, there are three total rooms upstairs so the bathroom may be shared between 3 possible people. Each room has a closet and tile floors. There is a living room and a balcony on the second floor for shared use. First floor has the kitchen, master suite (no access), living room and laundry.

House will be all female, I am one of the owners and my husband is living elsewhere. Visitors are welcome but no wild parties or frequent over-night guests. I have a cat, so no pet allergies and comfortability being around pets preferred. I listed the room as no cat/dog but depending on the person & pet it could be adjusted. Let me know any additional questions, house is in the far NE by HW 54.
