Internet , Power, Water, Trash estimate : $250-260 /2 (power varies but i like to assume the high end)

I’m a 33 year old male. Clean, respectful, & easy going
I work in an office M-F so typically at home early Morning & evening/nights & some weekends.
This community is awesome & filled with nice people. (I encourage you to read the google reviews) . It provides great access for outdoor activities & also has an on-site coffee shop that’s open 7 days a week.
