Located off of Dixie Highway and west of NE 43rd St Private entrance and shared bathroom with one other male.

Utilities included(water/electric/wifi) Room furnished with a full-size bed, smart television, desk area/chair, refrigerator and window unit air conditioning. Parking is available for one vehicle. There are dogs on the property but separated from the room. Must be dog lovers (No smoking inside property)

Requirements: Rental for a single person only (no couples or children) Proof of income:(paystubs or bank statements)

Move-in cost $1700; $850 first month and $850 refundable security deposit

One male and multiple rescue dogs on property(separated from room). Speaks english and spanish. One male speaks Spanish in separate private room.
