Furnished bedroom in a renovated house in Gallatin. I’m about 8 minutes from downtown Gallatin and 30 minutes from Nashville. There is plenty of parking and a large back yard, very quiet neighborhood right off of 109. Room is currently being used as an office but it will be cleared out for you.
I am currently living here alone, I have two extra rooms, so there will end up being three people living here. I am quiet, work most of the time, and clean. The home will be professionally cleaned at least once per month. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, but I’m a sucker for animals so it’s most likely a yes lol.
