The property is located at Cleveland Park, East Nashville and it is near to Folks, Wilburn Street Tavern, and other restaurants and coffee shops, five minutes away from grocery stores like Aldi, Kroger, Publix, Turnip Truck, and also five points, and 10 minutes away from downtown.

The house has fiber internet, two living rooms, tv room, dining area, front and back porch, a large front and back yard, laundry, a sleek and modern kitchen, and plenty of street parking.

• We have a cat and a dog so you must get along with pets.
• This is a smoke-free house, but you can do it outside.

We are IT professionals with progressive/liberal politic vision, and we believe in science. We work from home 9 to 5 so, a quiet, clean and organized space is a must to have. Specially because we do a lot of cooking at home. We go to the gym regularly, like to travel/camp few times per year when not working or hanging out with friends, playing video games, watching tv, working on the garden or just playing with Oreo (the dog) and Kevin (the cat) or being outdoor hiking, kayaking or any other activity that get us on moving. we hope to find someone that is respectful, responsible and that is easy to get along with.
