I have really enjoyed staying at this home but am looking to move closer to work in Brooklyn, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. There is laundry in the basement. Need 650+ credit score and make an income that is 40x the rent. Just a few steps away from the 2/5 train which is super convenient.
About the roomies
Both are quiet and kind, keep to themselves, and are out of the house much of the day for their jobs. They really helped me feel welcomed after moving to New York from California and helped me out when I didn’t have any furniture.
