Luke's room

3 bedroom 2 bath (I am the only one living in the house, and I only plan on renting one of the rooms.) The other room is an office and has some work-out equipment. Decent size backyard with a Fire Pit area Washer and Dryer Fully Furnished living room w/ Fireplace and 75“ TV (pending install) Pool Table in the Sun Room (yes there is a pool table!) 2 Car garage (I have a Ram Rebel and a Ford F-150 work truck. The Rebel will always be in the garage, but there will be room for your car in the driveway.) Your room - decent size, full closet. and you will have use of the 3rd bedroom closet as well, if clothes don’t fit. (I’m also using if for jackets/blazers/etc…) (I am still getting the house situated, but Pics will be up later)

• I am 33 years old, and I am a Project Manager for an Electrical Contractor.
• I love sports… Like all sports. Sunday Football contains multiple TVs watching all the games. Big Steelers Fan.
• I will have a dog once I am fully moved in. (Cats are strong no for me. Sorry!)
• I do enjoy a cold beer or whiskey/scotch after work, on weekends, labor day, etc..
