It’s close to the Utica Ave A/C subway which goes all the way through Manhattan getting you there in 20 minutes. The street and area is safe (I walk home late at night from work every night and have had no issues) and is full of trees and pretty streets. The area is chill and homey feeling while still bubbling with energy, especially on weekends as the street is popular. Washer and driver free in unit which is a big perk. Roommates are young guys in their early 20s that are typically out and about, looking for another male roommate. Kitchen and living space is huge, lots of cabinets and storage space.
