Hello & Welcome to our Home!! We are Ethan & Jolie and live in the master of our beautiful 4br/2bth home. Property is located just off interstate 110 approximately 10 minutes from all local hospitals, shops, cafes, restaurants and night life.
We currently have one long-term tenant in guest bedroom #1 who is quiet, clean and works 40+hr/wk.
Our second guest bedroom is available and is completely furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, side table, and double closet. Additional furniture can be added at tenants request. Tenant will utilize hallway bathroom shared by 1 other tenant.
*All common areas and grounds are maintained and kept by landlord.
We do have an inside dog named Maxie. She is 3yrs old, well behaved and mannered.
Please be willing get background check, provide references, and interview at coffee shop near by before visiting the property.
We all are outgoing and like to enjoy bonfires and drinks on weekends with friends and family. We like to keep the common areas and kitchen clean for others to enjoy the space as well, so we ask that you clean up after yourself. Family and guest are welcome with advance notice just as a courtesy for others.
