Hello and welcome! We’re Ethan and Jolie, and we live in the master suite of our beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. The property is conveniently located just off Interstate 110—only about 10 minutes from local hospitals, shops, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife.

We currently have one long-term tenant in Guest Bedroom #1. They are quiet, clean, and work over 40 hours a week.

Now Available: Guest Bedroom #2 This room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, side table, and a spacious double closet. Additional furniture can be provided upon request. The tenant will have access to the hallway bathroom, which is shared with just one other person.

What’s Included: • WiFi and all utilities (electric, water, trash) • 1 dedicated parking space in the driveway • All common areas and outdoor spaces maintained by the landlord • Friendly, respectful household environment • Inside dog on the premises (Maxie, a well-behaved 5-year-old pup)

What We’re Looking For: We ask that prospective tenants: • Complete a background check • Provide references • Meet for a brief interview at a nearby coffee shop prior to viewing the property

We’re a fun-loving, social couple who enjoy spending time with friends and family—especially around a bonfire with drinks on the weekends. We value a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and love making our home feel warm and inviting.

That said, we also appreciate cleanliness and shared respect. We do our best to keep the common areas and kitchen tidy, and we ask others to do the same so everyone can enjoy the space. We’re easygoing but believe in clear communication and being courteous to one another.
