Hey there! I’m looking for a responsible, easy-going, female roommate. I have a spacious master bedroom with a private bath and walk-in closet available. I live in a new, 4br/2.5ba home in Winder, Ga right off of 316 with a five minute drive to all the shopping at Loganville Crossing in Bethlehem. Rent would include all utilities. The neighborhood is very big, quiet, with a pool and clubhouse. The house is fully furnished, so all you would need is your bedroom furniture! My home is clean and organized. I work to have a peaceful space to land at the end of the day.

I am a working, single mother with three kids, ages 7-12, that stay with me every other week. I work in healthcare and travel for work every other week, so you would practically have the house to yourself two weeks out of the month. On kid weeks, we have a very busy, extra-curricular schedule, so we are rarely home during the weekdays.

I am a musician and have listening sessions in the basement from time to time (but it’s always super fun and not crazy loud!). Other than that, my life is pretty quiet.
