High speed internet, utilities, gas, water, and sewage included in monthly rent in a condo. You also will have access to our club house which has a gym, swimming pool, and hot tub.

A 8 minute drive to the I-80east and west exits; i-5 north and south exits. Close to many shopping centers, like Costco, Boba shops, TJ Max and Home Goods; and many diverse restaurants. Close to many parks.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. No couples please. NO overnight guests.

Unfurnished bedroom. **** with the exception of a mini refrigerator/freezer to keep your food in there.

You will be sharing the condo with myself. You have your own bedroom and essentially have your own bathroom except for when guests come over OCCASSIONALLY, your bathroom is in the shared space area. There are cameras in the entry way and the hallways.

Looking for a no-drama, no pets (severely allergic), no smoking, responsible, QUIET, and friendly adult to live with me. I do not have the time or capacity to be personally available. I keep to myself and I expect my housemate to keep to herself. I work full time, work an extra job, and go to school in the evenings. I study when I can. I prefer someone that IS QUIET.

There is a in unit washer and dryer; and cooking/dish ware that is communal. You will get your own cabinet to store your food and food cubby as well.

There is garage parking.

NO central AC or heater, but I can provide a plug in fan and plug in space heater for you to use it. Condenser is clogged and will cause ceiling damage if used.

Bills is included in the monthly rent of 1000.00. Bills include: water, sewage, gas&electric, monthly front yard maintenance, local condo security, high speed internet, entry way survelliance, and survelliance in the hallways to make sure the central ac and heating unit is not being deliberately used. The condenser is clogged and the ceiling becomes drenched in water when it is used.

Background check required. Workplace history needs to be verified. Proof of income is also required. MUST GROSS about 4 times the rental amount.

Upon moving in first month rent and a deposit of 500.00 required due to past roommates not cleaning when they left or breaking and damaging household items without replacing. A written contract will be signed as well - month to month lease. A minimum of a 6 month lease required and a month to month lease thereafter.

I am a full-time working professional and going to school in some of the evenings looking to change careers. I need the extra income for when I do go back to school full-time, therefore, I decided to rent out my spare bedroom.
