Hello! I am looking for someone (woman / femme identifying person) to fill a private room in a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment, located in Oakland, in the Laurel District. The rent is $1,100 a month + utilities (PG&E, Garbage, and Internet). The room is available in February though if needed, can possibly be available in late January. The apartment is spacious (900 sq ft) and has a small patio that leads out to a small backyard / garden area. The garden area is shared with the other residents of the 4-plex and there is a washer and dryer in the building that is shared between the 4 apartment units. The unit also includes a shared parking space. The apartment is at a walking distance from MacArthur Boulevard, restaurants, coffee shops, a gym, and a bus stop with a line that goes directly to BART.

My name is Carolina, my pronouns are she / her / hers. I am 27 years-old, vaccinated and am originally from SoCal but have been living in the Bay for many years now. I work as a project coordinator, I work mainly from home. In my free-time I enjoy hiking, reading, embroidering, Netflix binges, and spending time with my friends. While I love connecting with others and meeting new people, I also enjoy my alone time and can have my more introverted moments. I also have the cutest Siamese-mix cat (picture included), she can take some time to warm up to new people, but once you win her trust she’s very affectionate! As a roommate I would describe myself as communicative, friendly, considerate, and clean.
