Three bedroom townhome in Newport Beach, 5 minute drive to Fashion Island the the beach/balboa area. Private room and a shared bathroom with only one other housemate. All access to kitchen and other common areas. Aparment cpmplex offers multiple pools, indoor clubhouse are with a library, gym, and study. There is also a movie theater that is free to use, multiple tennis courts, a basketball court and a beach volleyball court. The complex also has a mini market, dry cleaners, and a hair dresser.

I am moving out last minute and need to find someone trustworthy, clean, and respectful to take my place and be with my two housemates. They are two sweet and genuine girls. One works M-F in an office during the day and the other girl mainly works evenings as a server.
