University Avenue

I am looking for somebody to take over my lease for August 2023-August 2024! This unit is rent by the room, therefore, each room has its own lease. This room has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The room is fully furnished, but if you prefer to furnish it yourself then you can contact the leasing office to take out the furniture that they provide. Common areas such as the kitchen and living room are shared with 3 other roommates. There is a washer and dryer in-unit. Utilities are already included in the lease. If the unit goes over a certain amount on utilities, then the apartments will send a separate bill. As for parking, there is a parking structure, but premium parking can be purchased for an additional $15. Details will need to be worked out with leasing office.

The current roommates are wonderful people! One is a student and 2 are working professionals. House is quiet overall. They love painting and having art nights whenever schedules align.
