Hi there! My place is located in West Torrance in a very quite neighborhood with the closest cross streets being Anza Ave and Sepulveda Blvd. The great thing about this room is that it has a 19 ft by 17 ft living area, as well as a 9 ft by 9 ft space which is perfect for a personal office. The room has a new window and patio door installed, has direct access to the backyard. There is also central heating for when it get cold the 3 weeks out of the year haha.
