There is an outdoor living space with plenty of grass, a pool, hammock and fire pit. The room available is on the first floor level, with access to laundry room. The area is quiet and perfect for hiking!

Hi I’m Tracy, working mom of 3 young adult daughters who are in college. Im looking for someone age 19-25 yrs old who is respectful, responsible, has their own transportation, a job, has their own life and simply need a nice warm friendly clean place to live. My girls and I have our own space and we all have our own schedules and responsibilities. This would be similar to having a dorm room (except you have your own room/bath ) and your house roomies are close to your age. My daughters love music and they clown around with one another often.
