I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a bedroom & private bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in East Harlem for $2,200/month. The room comfortably fits a queen sized bed and desk. The building is a few minutes from the 125th stop on the 4,5, 6 trains and a 15 minute walk from the 2 & 3 trains. Looking to move someone to take over around March 1st and the lease ends July 31st. Apartment has:

• Private terrace
• 24/7 doorman
• Gym
• Grocery store underneath
• Rooftop patio with view of midtown The living room and kitchen would come furnished and I’d be happy to sell my bed or desk to make the transition easier!
