Looking for someone to take my spot on the lease with an option to renew in September. February 1st move-in is preferred but am flexible (Sooner is better). This room is on the third floor of the unit, which features a kitchenette, living room, and bathroom shared with two roommates. Single occupancy only, no pets please.
