Robert's room

I have a very nice, clean, furnished room available. The neighborhood is great - extremely close to lots of good shopping. The location is very close to all West Side subways and buses. There are stores with clean prepared food on every corner. It’s an elevator building with a doorman and laundry room, and this is a calm, quiet environment. You would have microwave, toaster, refrigerator, filtered water, wifi, window A/C, small freezer, eating/working table, closet and drawer space, good window light, lamps and overhead light. The apartment divides nicely into two separate areas with a shared bathroom in the middle between your closed door and my closed curtain. Once you are in the apartment, you have total privacy in your own self-contained space until you go out again.

A good match/fit is someone who works or spends time outside the home; a non-smoker, not a heavy drinker or partier, someone who enjoys prepared foods (the building is a block and a half from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and it is directly over an excellent health food store with meat and veggie dishes, etc.) that can be eaten fresh, stored or microwaved. Someone very clean and orderly, considerate about bathroom sharing. A kind and friendly, collaborative person who communicates well!
