106 Cabot street apartment 2 is a 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. It has one bathroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a working fireplace, and a washer and dryer. It is an older apartment, guessing around the mid-1800s. There are 3 closet spaces and one nook to hang up coats by the door. The living room, bathroom, and kitchen are all fully furnished and cleaned. It is about 3 blocks away from the train station and about 2 blocks away from the Atlantic ocean/beaches, both of which are within walking distance. There are many cute stores in the general area, including several cafes (and a cat hotel) within walking distance both uptown and downtown Beverly. Again, the train station is close by and runs from North Station to Rockport, if you are commuting to work or college. All in all, it’s a lovely apartment, very vintage and cozy, and located in a great place.

Hello! My name is Anne Russell, I go by they/them (she/her is also ok). I am a recent post-grad at Montserrat College of art and have been living in the north shore area for almost 3 years now. I am currently looking for a housemate to share the rent with me and my apartment here in Beverly. I am very clean and like to keep tidy and organized. I am quiet but like to be social sometimes, hang out and maybe watch a movie. I mostly stay in my room and work on my art.
