This is a cute bungalow built in the 20s on a half acre lot approximately 10 minute’s walk from Tarleton State University campus. I am a MS student, and am looking for roommates that are also Tarleton Students.

House has high speed internet, central air conditioning, and a large kitchen. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath house, two bedrooms available. The main bath has a clawfoot tub with shower.

I am looking for Tarleton Students that won’t bring loud parties to the house. I am in the last leg of my MS program, so my lease will be up at the end of this semester, though lease takeover may be up for discussion at that time.
