30 yr old professional creative lives alone with 3 yr old son, travels alot, I love music and art and looking for a responsible roommate whom is friendly , clean, and easygoing. My son is my biggest joy in life so his safety and comfort comes first. Looking for someone to share my home with that is kind, professional with expenses/responsibilities , and is welcome to use any other space in the home. My prior tenant was a Riverside county sheriff whom loved living here but she found a home with her new fiance. This home means so much to me and a good opportunity for the right person to call their space their own. I mind my business and stay very busy. Cook 3-4 times a week and I also have an apartment in West Hollywood I stay at most weekends.
