This house is divided. You will have your own private area which includes an office, bedroom, private bath, living room with a fireplace, and a nice screened in porch overlooking the pond. This space is fully furnished. Your vehicle will be under a large carport. You will share the kitchen and laundry room. Amenities include 2 pools, cornhole, shuffle board, and a large club house with a gym and a pool hall plus many activities. Also, I am on the Chain of Lakes so if you have a boat bring it. You must be over 40 years old to qualify to live here and pass a background check ($25.00). So all you need is your personal effects to rent out this beautiful home.

I’m the only one living in my home, and I like peace. I don’t smoke weed or vape, but if you do as long as you smoke outside it’s fine with me I do smoke cigarettes, but only outside and I drink wine. As I said the house is partitioned off, and you have your private space. No pets allowed unless under extreme circumstances.
