I have a 2600 square foot home with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Person renting can have 2 rooms and a private bath. Internet and all utilities included.

I’m a 42 year old single male with 4 year old daughter that I share 50/50 custody with the mother who lives right down the road. I’m looking to rent until the end of June because I am moving back with mother of my child. I don’t drink or smoke cigarettes but I do smoke a very little Marijuana outside and normally at night. I also have a small dog and a small cat.
