I have a bedroom available in my apartment starting September 1st, 2026. I’m looking for a female roommate (sorry, no men or couples). The apartment is conveniently located downtown, with a large two-door sliding closet in the bedroom, individual AC/heat units, a dishwasher, a covered deck, storage closets, a large kitchen pantry, parking, and a laundromat across the street. Note that the lease does not allow for undergrad students.

This is my 5th year living at this property and I am obsessed with the location. My landlord is kind & easygoing. We have built a great relationship over the years. I’d love to find a roommate who wants to be friends and do things together, but being friendly is also great! I have a cat named Mila & I work downtown four days a week.
