Our 3rd roomie is headed back home for a new job opportunity and we have an open room in our Brentwood 3 bed, 3 bath (rent controlled) apartment available February 1st!

What we’re looking for: Someone who is clean, level-headed, respectful - and has lived well with others before lol. Ideally you work full-time, or keep a similar schedule to us. Our preference is another female. :)

About the apartment: We live in a new building in Brentwood, that is completely enclosed, with a virtual intercom to enter. Our apartment is very large, all brand new appliances, laundry in our unit, a furnished balcony, a fireplace / central air and completely furnished with everything you’d need. Your room will be a large room that connects to the balcony, and has a bathroom separate from the room - but nonetheless a bathroom to yourself! The room itself can fit a queen bed, with nightstands on both sides, a dresser, a desk and has ample closet space. The room does not include parking, but is available for $150 additional per month. We are located in prime Brentwood about 3 blocks from Alfred, Joe & The Juice, Pops Bagels, Jon & Vinnys, Brentwood Farmers Market, Barry’s Bootcamp, Orange Theory, SoulCycle, Hot8 Yoga, countless salons, grocery stores, shopping and other restaurants.

The room’s rent is $1455 per month, and we spend ~$80 in utilities per month, and take turns ordering common area supplies. As mentioned, the apartment is rent controlled, so we do not foresee any increases coming up. The lease would be month to month, and we’re hoping to have someone commit to at least 6 months - 1 year.

About us: We both are in our early 30s, stay active & take workout classes together pretty often, and love a good meal with a glass of wine. We are definitely up for a party, but keep it quite low key during the week - with lots of Love Island and couch time. We both have hybrid work schedules, and work from our rooms when working from home. We both work in the fashion industry in creative roles - and we both have super cute puppies. Loving dogs is a must!
