Ally's room

Downstairs room available. Has laundry room and private bathroom (stand up shower). Private entrance available. I am a mom I’m with three kiddos. I have a big backyard with a playhouse and trampoline for anyone with kids. I also have a dog run. I currently have a cat and three dogs, but I will be rehoming one of them. I can provide your room with a queen bed, dresser if you would like. Large open closet as well. The room is off of a large family room area, so it would almost be like your own floor so to speak. My kiddos do go downstairs to watch the tv or play videos games from time to time. But they are respectful and would not have access to your room. We will share the laundry area (downstairs). The kitchen and dining is located upstairs on the main floor. I have this room available after the twentieth of Feb. I would need some time to spruce it up. The water valve is located in this room. So I might have to access it from time to time as well. Non-smoking. No drugs. No partying. I have kids, it’s still their home and I ask that you keep it a safe environment.

I am a mom I’m with three kiddos. They are well- behaved, but obviously if you are not a fan of kids then this might not be the right fit.I am looking for a roommate but also potentially a friend.
