ROOM is fully furnished with full size bed, desk and chair, tv & mini fridge with freezer, microwave. For most part the home is peaceful and quiet! Want to keep it peaceful and drama free. Looking for respectful person, quiet enjoys outdoors. Visitors here and there ok, not on the daily. Doesn’t have to be best friends with us BUT can enjoy time here and there if and when we have family gatherings room is for SINGLE occupancy.
About the roomies
Dogs, cats hens , roosters and goats on property. Couple with 10yr old & 23 yr old son and 1 housemate whom works nights. All working adults. Family-Home late evenings and weekends mainly. So home is quiet throughout the week. Perfect for anyone who works from home or works the night shift!
Weekends we spend working on the property so home ALL day. Preference for someone whom does not have any alcohol or drug issues. Has a stable job/ income. Background checks a MUST as we are opening our family home to a stranger.
