Glen's room

I have a very spacious apartment with enough room for another person to share half of the apartment expenses! I paid roughly $800 a month which includes water. So all I am asking for is $400 per month to help with the rent cost.

I am a 62 year man. Very kind,caring and generous! I have one cat that lives with me that is friendly with people and other cats. I prefer a woman roommate that could help with the apartment living expenses.
