We’re looking for a short term lease takeover (4 months) with the possibility of going longer once the lease renews in June! This is the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment, including a private bathroom. Attached photo includes the apartment floor plan, although I cannot find the exact dimensions of the room on the rental website - I will update this listing when I find the appropriate information. The Apartment is located in Columbia Village overlooking the Simplot Sports Complex, offering an amazing patio view of East Boise and the foothills. The room will be unfurnished and fully available once the current roommate moves out!

Apartment price reflects the basic rent. Utilities can be negotiated, but the current tenant supplies 1/2 of the internet bill and 1/3 of the electric. There is also a garage and parking space available to share for an additional $50/mo

The living room and kitchen of the apartment are fully furnished.

Pets are welcome, but we currently have a cat. She tolerates gentle dogs but Im currently not sure how she’d do around another cat. If looking to bring a pet then we can do a meeting in advance to see how they react to one another!

We’re two LGBT individuals hopefully looking for a respectful and tolerant roomie to take over the master bedroom in our apartment! I’m Cae, Im 29 and I work full time as a cook for a local hospital and I do freelance artwork on the side. I enjoy gaming, going for walks when the weathers nice, and spending time with my wonderful cat Ebi! My other roommate is Ezrah, who works full time in food service management. Ezrah also enjoys gaming, artwork, and has recently began frequenting the gym.
