We do not allow any pets or no smoking on the property. The common areas are fully equipped! The inside of the house is new and modern with the neighborhood we live in is right near the highway and memorial drive. So there plenty of access to stores and everything. The room for rent is empty inside just wooden floors a fan and a closet with a big window. Also you will be sharing the bathroom with another person. Other than that the common areas are well kept and comfortable then are provided with common area supplies. No pets. It’s a single family house We do have a professional landlord.
