1st month rent prorated; Utilities included: Looking for one roommate to move into this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 open concept house with a parking space available in the garage. The house is in a great location. Definitely giving quick uber rides around the Atlanta perimeter. My future roommate will have a queen bed and tv already mounted available. (Can be removed if you choose to bring your own furniture.) includes a Double door reach in closet. Their bathroom is located outside the room in the hallway.

It’s just me…I’m the roomie ☺️ I am an ambivert. Some days I am very social, other days I really enjoy just chillin in the bedroom or living room and catching up on shows, especially if it’s been a long work week. (I work hard lol) I am clean, I don’t mind sharing as long as we have an understanding. I have a 6 year old, American bulldog named Zena that is very chill. All my family and friends love her and want to take her from me lol She is not allowed on furniture or upstairs in the bedrooms.
