Sandra's room

This is a big two story house with three bedrooms, but I only want to rent one , leaving one as guest room. We each have our own bathroom and there is a bathroom on first floor also. There is a common space on the second floor for office desks. You can have your choice of two rooms and both have a queen bed and side tables, lights and big closets. Rent would be month to month. Of course you’d share the common areas. Downstairs has an open floor plan, large living room with fireplace, large corner windows looking out at the back yard which has a deck, outside table and chairs, shade trees and flower beds. Kitchen has a nice cooktop and microwave, and dishwasher. The counter has barstools, and there is a stacked Bosch washer and dryer. There is plenty of light throughout house. Brand new flooring downstairs.

I have some nice furniture, dining table, antique wood cabinets, etc. and all equipment for a well-stocked kitchen.
