In-room amenities include mini-fridge, TV, workstation, microwave and coffee setup. Twin over full bunk beds and “secret room” with fold-futon - great for reading, studying, hiding! Includes off-street parking space, with 2 spaces negotiable. Semi-private deck overlooking grounds and hills - umbrella + fire pit for all seasons. All utilities included plus internet + washer/dryer access.

Our 6 BR home is on a full-acre double lot on which we have built a community. Someone is always around though no one is in your face: we respect both privacy and our home’s family. I have 3 cats and a tween son who is here frequently…all 4 creatures are friendly. My friend of 25 years lives in the first floor 1BR unit. We have young professional tenants who have occupied the 1BR pool house for a year and a half. We’ve been renting the downstairs suite to a friend as well, and also the other upstairs suite to a friend. This is my tween son’s room that he never uses - so it’s fully available…I’m just less open to changing its configuration or furniture. I am renting this as a private room with full grounds access; however, the main floor is where I live. Always happy to make room in the big fridge, lend a book or piano, as long as I know first.
