Hi Room Seeker! This is a super serene, newly built townhome in the beautiful Irvine neighborhood of Portola Springs. Super close to all the fun events at Great Park! Plenty of parking, easy access to 133, 405 and 5 freeways. 4 min from Woodbury Town Center, Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, Starbucks, Gyms and some pretty delicious restaurants! 10 min to Irvine Spectrum, Whole Foods and basically everything you can think of! House is bright and light with full access to—the house. Lol. 😉 This includes: kitchen, laundry, living and dining area, as well as a sprawling park and gorgeous olympic size pool(s) with BBQ’s for lounging on warm, breezy, sunny days! 🌴This room has an attached “Jack and Jill” style bathroom that is shared with another room that is attached to the bathroom as well. There is no weird “light” use of anything in the house. You should feel totally comfortable and at home in the place you live! As long as everyone leaves it how they found it (in other words keeps it clean!) and is respectful of others—it’s all good! (We have house cleaners that come once a month for kitchen and heavy traffic common areas too! ;) And of course, I have to say it juuust incase: this isn’t a ‘party house’. :) This place has been such an amazing oasis for me and I really hope it will be for you too! 🌺 Love, Anna :)

Hi! I’m Anna. I’m upstairs, and I am a writer. I’m super busy and laser-focused (kind of a workaholic tbh!), but also very easygoing and friendly. Justin, also upstairs (everyone is upstairs besides you!) works in the auto industry and is also super busy, but is incredibly kind, respectful, considerate, and very friendly! We are all very down-to-earth, communicative, kind people who are driven to do good in the world, and we’d love it if you’d join the house! 🤗
