Wampum Road

Hi I have a finished basement with a large tiled area for the bedroom and a private walk in closet. I also have a mini fridge the tenant can use. The bathroom will be shared which is upstairs and it was just finished so it has glass sliding doors and a rain head shower. The kitchen and living room can also be used as a common area. I am living upstairs with one other individual living in other room. Their is a new stove and large spacious fridge in the upstairs which can be shared.

I work often and am also attending school and the other roommate works and is rarely home.
