Xiao's room

This is a 3 bed 2 bath house. I am looking to rent out my private room and my master’s room within my newly renovated house. The location is 3 mins from ASU and I am currently living in the one of the guest bedrooms. Two spare rooms will share a bathroom, the rent for the guest rooms is $825, and the master is $925. Please see the photos for details. (master’s room does not have a picture and the room and bathroom look the same as the guest and shared bathroom). Currently, the master’s room is on a 3-month lease that ends on May 5th, however, the person that is renting might or might not renew. The guest room’s lease ends on July 31st and also might or might not renew. So the earliest possible availability is May 5.

Who am I:

• Recently graduated financial consultant (male) currently working at one of the Big Four firm.
• Enjoy spending time outdoors and going to the gym.
• Likes being clean and quite when I’m in the house, would expect the same for roommates.
