New build duplex less than half a mile from the square in downtown Georgetown. This house has parking, a yard, and a full gym, sauna, and icebath. It’s about 30 minutes from downtown Austin, has a washer, dryer, and no carpet. You would have a private room with a bathroom that is largely private. I say largely because it’s just shared with the guest room which is usually empty.

I am a defense attorney in the Army. I work out of Fort Hood, but I am planning on getting out of the Army and staying in Austin. I’ve been in and out of the Austin area for the last ten years and am trying to build a strong community group here. I’m pretty active, so if you’re into fitness, mountain biking, skiing, climbing, etc… that’s a plus.
