Looking for someone to take over my lease starting May or June at a great location in downtown Davis! One bedroom (114 sq ft) in a 4b1b house, rent is $900, the lease runs through August 31st, and you can stay longer if you’d like.

The bedroom has two windows, a private entrance, and can come furnished or unfurnished. The house has a nice kitchen, washer and dryer, lots of storage, private parking, and a big backyard. It’s located at the northeast corner of downtown right next to the Davis Food Co-op, only a 5 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk to campus!! Also a 5 minute walk to Central Park and super close to anything downtown.

You would also cover a share of the electricity bill (one fifth, since the house hosts 4 people and the landlord chips in). Internet and water are covered by the landlord.
