✨ROOM AVAILABLE FEBRUARY 1st $950 a month includes utilities. Sharing a 3br apartment in Hamilton Heights with myself, my cat and one other person. Available through May 31st. Possible extension. Sorry but no other animals.

✨We are an short walk (no more than 10mins) from 5 subway lines and have multiple buses that stop on either side of the block. Lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops close by as well as a decent grocery store. Quiet building on the 4th floor of a walk up with a working buzzer so if you get delivery you’ll barely need to use the stairs!

✨ Room is furnished with Twin bed and tall bookcase. Had been painted and artwork is down. You would be more than welcome to make it your own temporarily!

✨About Us: we are 2 fully vaccinated, 30 something, theater people who enjoy a good DragRace viewing get together. I teach Pilates as my day job so I’m out of the apartment during the day and my roommate runs wardrobe for an Off-Broadway show so is gone in the evenings on average. My cat is pretty chill she keeps to herself but on occasion will come and yell at you for pets.
