Hi, I am renting a one bdrm in my 2 bdrm basement apt (in a house ) in a great neighborhood (midwood ) very close to the Q train Ave J stop .
About the roomies
I am a metaphysical teacher and Wholistic practitioner (shamanic/angelic/starseed) . I work out of the shared living room space a couple hours a day (2-4 hours in the afternoon usually ) fyi I like hookah but not 420 in the apt lol..also fyi unvaccinated is a plus ….
