I am looking to Transfer my lease on to someone, due to me suddenly needing to move. My studio is beautiful and quiet and has a yard. I’m looking for someone to transfer the lease for the next 3 months of my remaining lease (it’s up in April) along with a 12 month lease. You will need to provide the following to my landlord proof of insurance, credit check, ect

I will not be staying on the property. I will clear out the space for you to move in and take it over full time. I will clean and clear the space of my belongings, if there are furniture items you like or need some can be made available!
