Hello! I have a room available for rent in my very nice and comfortable home. I’m looking for an easy going working person that values an always relaxing, quiet, clean place. This is a no smoking house, so if you do smoke, please take it outside. No drugs of any kind and no heavy drinkers. So looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. A working professional to he exact, meaning you have your life together, and have a very steady job with very steady income. Now that’s out of the way, let’s talk about the room. You would have your private room, your own bathroom, however the shower would be shared with you and the other future roommate, full kitchen priveledges, full laundry priveledges, living room, all utilities included with the rent, high speed internet, a/c, and even a bit of space in the garage if you have extra stuff . Basically sharing the house with myself (male in my 30’s) and my other roommate (40’s male). We are both very easy going, chill, respectful, and always easy to talk to. We are rarely home due to work, and mostly gone on the weekend too. My golden rule if you are to live here though, YOU MUST BE A CLEAN PERSON. That means you must always pick up after yourself, and are considerate when it comes to that. This home is in a very nice neighborhood with awesome mountain views and just minutes away from Lake Piru.
