Great location in quiet neighborhood. Attractive grounds with pool, BBQ area, and fitness center. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, banks, etc. Apartment: Clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath third-floor apartment shared with 1 other occupant (me). Large balcony, laundry in unit. Unfurnished bedroom has walk-in closet, window, and bathroom en suite. No security deposit, but the apartment community requires renters insurance and charges 2 nonrefundable fees: $85 for applicant’s background check plus $200 lease amendment fee.

Active retiree in mid 70s. Clean, quiet, socially and financially responsible, and respectful. Not a partier; don’t do drugs, cannabis, or excessive alcohol. Travel often for pleasure. Use Internet often while at home. Watch some TV after dinner. Prefer classic rock but don’t need the TV/music on all the time. Neither a political nor sports fanatic but exercise regularly and walk a lot. I’m looking for a compatible roommate, not romance. Note: $85 “deposit” is a nonrefundable application fee charged by the apartment complex.
