About the room
Newer luxury 5000 sq. ft. home of Evergreen pkwy and I-70. I will be renting a private room (currently a gym) and bathroom with separate entrance in the basement. Separate living room, fireplace and movie theater in the basement that are hardly used. Main floor chef’s kitchen and gas bbq grill.
About the roomies
Just myself and Thomas, my 2.5 year old French Bulldog who is 25 lbs and sleeps a lot. I primarily work from home (upstairs office) but when I am out of the house a few days per week, the dog is usually with me.
