Looking for two roommates!
About the house: 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood in Garden City. 10-minute walk to the greenbelt or a 5 minute bike ride. Only 15-20 minutes from downtown, a short walk to the Garden City library, a short drive to a Jackson’s gas station, and surrounded by grocery stores (Albertson’s, Walmart Superstore, Fred Meyer… etc). Fully stocked and furnished kitchen and living room with Apple TV which has most streaming apps. 2-car garage with a significant amount of storage. There is plenty of driveway space to have two cars parked as well as my car in the garage. Backyard is fully fenced and is dog friendly.
About the rooms: Larger room (750/month) fits a queen bed and has a ceiling fan. Smaller room (750/month) will fit a queen and has a fan as well. Both rooms have had the carpet removed and have new hardwood floorings and have been recently painted. Both have good size closets and there is more storage throughout the house.
About me: I’m 27 and I just purchased this home! Looking for two roommates – ideal situation would be if you know each other- but not a requirement to rent the rooms. I am requiring a six month lease then I am willing to do month to month after the six month lease. I work in Boise and Nampa throughout the week and am always on the move. I typically workout in the morning and enjoy my evenings on the greenbelt. I have no animals myself but am open to allowing cats or dogs in the home, as long as they are well behaved (small pet deposit required). I have a girlfriend and she spends some of her nights at my home and on the weekends I go to her place. We are both very laid back, goal orientated, good communicators, and clean individuals. I am currently in my residency; studying like no other; and will hopefully be certified in January. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, triathlons, and anything outside.
I am currently renovating the backyard which should be complete by the end of December.
