Secluded area of Hammonton. Approximately 30 minute drive to AC. Newly remodeled. Small House. 3 small bedrooms / 1 small bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room. No garage. Big front and back yard. Garage too come soon I hope. Central heat and air. Lots of blueberry fields, river and lake near by.

Just me. 50+ male Nerd. I have 1 female Sheppard mix and 1 male Dane-mix. I should be working swing shift in AC. You will mostly just be sharing the house with the dogs at night. From you, must have good references, must have a job, must have a bank account, must have transportation, must have security deposit, must have rent paid by the 1st of the month, must cleanup after yourself and help cleanup common-areas. Finally, willing to help with K9s (compensated of course) from time to time.
