Furnished room with a view of MT. Rainier located in the city of Orting. The Room is located on the second level of my two story 3131 square foot home. The Room is 11’ 2“ by 11’ 8“. Room is furnished with a full size bed with bedding, night stand, lamp, dresser, a mini fridge, microwave, small desk with chair and an accent chair. I am willing to remove anything that you do not want or need in the room. You will have access to a shared bathroom, and access to my laundry room and kitchen. There is street parking only. WiFi and all utilities are included in the rent. Home is located in a nice smaller community. Lots of nature trails close by for walking and biking. The lease is month to month. The Room is Single occupancy. There is a move in fee of $300. I do a background check which costs $40. Please be aware that I have three cats and a small dog. So if you are allergic my home will not be a good fit for you.

I am the home owner. I am a single 50 year old female. I am a mother of six. 3 if which still live with me. One is 22 and my 2 youngest are age 18 and 15. They Both have special needs. Their safety and happiness is most important to me. I am a para educator. I work at an elementary school located in Bonney Lake. I have 3 cats and a small dog. I have 3 bedrooms that I rent out. Two of them are currently occupied. One is occupied by a couple in their late twenties and the other by a single woman in her 50’s. My home is located in a nice community. We are all fairly quiet. I do not allow drama in my home. I believe that Home should be a safe haven and a place to be able to relax and rejuvenate.
