Laundry is available on-site. Large fenced-in backyard features patio and plenty of parking. No pets allowed. Utilities are billed back and are split evenly among tenants. Tenants are equally responsible for maintaining common areas.
Location is easily accessible to I-65/Briley Parkway. The home is approximately 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the airport.
